Sachi Braden (R) is the owner, President, and Principal Broker of Sachi Hawaii-Pacific Century Properties, LLC and a Top Producing Realtor in Hawaii who has been consistently ranked at the top 1% of all the realtors statewide. After having established herself as the top producing agent year after year for the Hawaii offices of the mammoth national franchise Coldwell Banker, Sachi started her own International Real Estate company, Sachi Hawaii Pacific Century Properties, LLC in 2004. Her new company’s mission statement was to provide better personalized service for a targeted cadre of high net worth national and international clients. Since its founding in 2004, Sachi Hawaii PCP has sold $ 430 Million of properties.
In 2005 Sachi hit her personal top producing year with over $90 Million in sales production. Sachi is continuing to further her top producing agent status every year. In 2008 she was a top producer who sold three of the top ten most expensive properties in the state of Hawaii, breaking records in the area of high value sales, $9.5Mil, $9.5 Mil, and $14 Mil respectively. Sachi continues to excel in the sale of high end oceanfront properties having closed yet another record breaking sale in March 2009 at the price of $8.25 Million.

A native of Osaka, Japan, her earlier career with Pan American World Airways brought her to Honolulu, Hawaii. Chikako is originally from Sendai, Japan, and is a graduate of Dokkyo University where she majored in English language, specializing in International Trade. She concurrently earned her teaching license for junior and senior high school. Chikako moved to Hawaii in 1996, initially working as a Program Assistant at JAIMS (Japan America Institute of Management Science-Fujitsu related business school) before acquiring her Realtor Associate license in 1999. Fluent in both Japanese and English, Chikako has been an integral part of Sachi Hawaii's success from the company's inception. As Vice President, Chikako oversees marketing and promotion projects, transaction tracking, and client relations. In 2004, Chikako obtained her broker license and became Broker-in-Charge of Sachi Hawaii- Pacific Century Properties.

Born and raised on the Island of Oahu, Moe graduated from Kalani High School, concurrently attending Rainbow Gakuen Japanese School for 11 years. While attending Kalani High School, Moe was involved in community service and participated in Junior Varsity basketball. Moe acquired her real estate license in 2004 and handles the escrows for Sachi Hawaii. Moe is bilingual in Japanese and English.

Barbara is a long time resident of Hawaii. She graduated from Radford High School and has a long established career in Hawaii Real Estate. Licensed as a Realtor Associate in 1988, her extensive real estate background includes being past president of the Leeward Regional Group, and over 18 years experience in property management. She holds her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation and she is an active member of IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management. Barbara joined Sachi Hawaii as Property Manager in March, 2009 and is dedicated to providing superior property management services.

Born in Osaka, Japan, Taizo attended the University of Washington, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in International Communications. Following his licensing as a Realtor Associate in 2001, Taizo traveled to Tokyo to attend Waseda University’s intensive Japanese Language and Cultural Exchange program. Taizo subsequently rejoined the Sachi Hawaii team to concentrate on facilitation as a bilingual Buyer’s Representative.

Originally from Nagano, Japan, Emi lived in Guam and Saipan before relocating to Hawaii in 1999. Prior to acquiring her Realtor Associate’s license in 2003, she worked as a Tour Coordinator for a Japanese tour company. In July of 2004, Emi joined Sachi Hawaii as a full-time Realtor Associate specializing in international clientele. She is fluent in Japanese and English and is a repeated Aloha Aina award nominee for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Recently Emi completed her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation and her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designations. She serves her clients with care and dedication making her a sought after resource. Emi's personal interest and accomplishments; She became an excellent Skier while working for a Ski company in Japan. Now she enjoys Tennis, Hula, and Running in Hawaii, and has successfully completed the Honolulu Marathon twice.

Shizue is a native of Japan and has been a Hawaii resident for over twenty five years. Shizue obtained her Hawaii Real Estate license in 2001 and received her Real Estate Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the Japan-American Society of Hawaii and a board member of American Japanese Women’s Golf Association. Shizue is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her varied experience in the commercial worlds of differing cultures provides her with a unique perspective to serve her clients. Shizue has dealt extensively with many of the world’s wealthiest individuals and royalty. Her experience assures all clients of strict confidentiality and superior, dedicated service. Shizue joined Sachi Hawaii in January of 2006.

Tomoko is originally from Hyogo, Japan. She graduated from Dokyo University where she majored in English language with a specialty in American Literature. She moved to Hawaii in 1998 with her family. She worked for a Japanese real estate company as a property manager for three years and managed over 100 rental properties in Waikiki. Tomoko obtained her Hawaii real estate license in 2001 and she joined Sachi Hawaii in 2006. She is an Aloha Aina award nominee of 2005 and she is very familiar with properties in Waikiki.

Yoshiko was born and raised in Japan. She started her career as a flight attendant in 1971 for Cathey Pacific Airways based out of Hong Kong. In 1974, she moved to Los Angeles, CA and was Executive Secretary to the GM of C. Itoh & Co. In 1978 she traveled Europe and lived in Nice, France where she fell in love with French culture and language. Yoshiko moved to Hawaii in 1986 and obtained her real estate sales license in 1987 followed by her broker license in 1995. She is an avid golf player and member of Mid Pacific County Club. Yoshiko’s varied global background and over 20 years of experience in real estate sales help her provide excellent service to her international clients. Yoshiko joined Sachi Hawaii in 2009. Fluent in Japanese and English.

Originally from Seoul, Korea, Jimyun graduated from Roger Williams University with Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. After college he joined Hawaii National Bank and was the assistant supervisor of the mortgage servicing department. Throughout his career, Jimyun has helped establish several companies from a restaurant, retail shop, wholesale business, and a service industry company. He currently owns a digital media company and specializes in real estate marketing. Jimyun joined Sachi Hawaii as a sales associate in 2006. He believes that successful real estate transactions begin with well informed buyers and sellers. He will effectively conduct your real estate transaction with insight, efficiency and integrity.

Boo Young Lee was born and raised in Daegu, Korea. She started her real estate career in 1983 and quickly became recognized as an industry leader through her results, strong work ethic, communication skills and awareness of market activity. Boo Young has received countless awards for her accomplishments as an outstanding producer between 1985 and 1999, including many first place awards. No matter how big or small the transaction, her main priority is to serve her clientsf needs and help them reach their goals. As a Korean-English bilingual, she has worked successfully with clients from Korea, Japan and China. Starting in the year 2000, Boo Young traveled extensively in East Asia to pursue various meditation practices. Her six year journey offered valuable opportunities to learn about true self and to interact with people from various cultures and backgrounds. In December 2005, Boo Young returned to Honolulu where she again began to study the Real Estate market and updated her technology and marketing skills to better serve her clients. Wakako is originally from Aomori, Japan. She has been living in United States for over 20 years. She has lived in Denver, New York City, and Greenwich, CT; and in 2005, she moved to Honolulu, Hawaii. Wakako acquired her Realtor Associate license from the state of Connecticut in 2001, and has had real estate experience in the Tri-State area. In 2006, she obtained her Hawaii Realtor Associate license and in 2009, joined Sachi Hawaii sales team. Using her know-how of the real estate business she learned in the mainland, Wakako hopes to provide her clients with distinct perspective and excellent service.

Nobu is originally born in Tokyo Japan. He moved to San Francisco, California in 1971. He began personal real estate investing and in 1978 he obtained his California real estate license and in 1987 he obtained his real estate brokers license. He specialized in helping clients build wealth by investing in various types of properties in the San Francisco Bay area that could be improved, remodeled, and sold for gain. Nobu moved to Honolulu in September, 2007. He obtained his Hawaii Real Estate Brokers license in October, 2007 and joined Sachi Hawaii as a broker agent. He plans to continue working with his investor, contractor, and developer clients from the US Mainland, and Japan to assist them buy, improve and sell properties in Hawaii.

Naoko was born and raised in Niigata Prefecture where she began her career as a television news reporter before moving into the Tokyo media industry as a journalist, producer and sales manager. She came to Honolulu in 2008 to work in tourism-oriented publishing and soon recognized her professional talents and background were optimally suited for marketing Hawaii’s exclusive real estate to select buyers. Upon refining her abilities as an agent, she joined Sachi Hawaii in 2010. Naoko believes the investigation and communication skills she mastered as a reporter are essential to providing buyers and sellers market information in a timely context, and that success in her position requires an understanding of client lifestyle desires and financial goals. The energy and intensity she pours into her profession is evident throughout her life as a certified yoga instructor, outdoor and fitness enthusiast, and international culinary aficionado.

Mamiko is originally from Kanagawa, Japan. She graduated from the Kunitachi College of Music in Japan and became a piano teacher. Mamiko moved to Hawaii in 1999. She and her husband own and operate the Hawaiian Ukulele Company which is a highly regarded music shop and teaching facility since 1995 located in Aloha Tower marketplace. In addition to her passion for music, Mamiko has a passion for real estate and serving international clientele. She obtained her Hawaii real estate license in 2004 and joined Sachi Hawaii in 2006. Mamiko diligently works to provide exemplary service and information to her clients and is always focusing on increasing her knowledge about international real estate investment.

Sohbi is originally from Tokyo, an Aoyama Gakuin graduate with a BA degree in English Studies. Formerly a flight attendant for JAL·BOAC, she made Hawaii her home, founding a coordinator business for the Japanese TV/film industry shooting in Hawaii. In 1974 she launched a talent agency that discovered and promoted more than 200 “Hapa” models to Japan including Agnes Lum who was an overnight sensation in Japan, Tia Carerre and Kelly Hu in Hollywood. She was the president of JHCC/former HIFA for 10 years to negotiate with US Immigrations and local unions to secure the entries of film crews from Japan. In 1991 she obtained her real estate license, handling primarily residential properties and engaging in the promotion, sale and or leasing of commercial properties. In 2007-2008, she was the Japan marketing representative on the Baccarat Wailea and the Ilikai Hotel unit sales projects, marketing sales of hotel units to Japan. Sohbi joined Sachi Hawaii in 2009. She is fluent in Japanese and English.

Katherine Y. Seo has been an active Realtor Associate for the past 25 years. She is a repeated top producer and member of the Chairman's Circle, President's Club, and Century Club, and she won her former company's award as the Highest Earner of the Year in 1991. Katherine is fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English. Her extensive knowledge of Hawaii Real Estate coupled with her local and international client connections make her an industry leader. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Vince graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Geography with an emphasis on Human Geography, and a minor in Environmental Geoscience. Vince moved to Hawaii in 1996 and became a full time Realtor Associate in 2000. He joined Sachi Hawaii in 2008. Vince brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate field and is well versed in every aspect of real estate transactions from start to finish. His market knowledge and client dedication are keys to success for both Buyers and Sellers represented by Vince. In his spare time Vince is an avid hiker and does volunteer work for the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii.

Junko was born and raised in Ginza, Tokyo. While in Tokyo, she worked as a political secretary and as a coordinator for a private charter cruise ship company. In 1972 she was married and moved to Hawaii. As wife of an International diplomat to the United Nations, Junko was actively involved in promoting International friendships with Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, North Korea, and other Asian nations. During this time she lived in Bangkok Thailand. In 1985 Junko and her family moved back to Hawaii. Junko received her Hawaii Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1990, and embarked on an active real estate career focusing on helping international clientele. Junko is fluent in both Japanese and English. She joined the Sachi Hawaii sales team in 2006 and continues to use her international knowledge and connections to help clients not only from Japan, but throughout South East Asia and the United States.

George was born in Yamaguchi prefecture Japan. He moved to Hawaii with his family when he was 8 years old. His early career was as a Dental Technician. In the early 1990’s, George became a property manager handling approximately 100 rental units. Following his love of real estate, he obtained his Realtor Associate license in 1999 and worked as part of Sachi Braden’s sales team during her Coldwell Banker days. Growing up in Honolulu, George has excellent knowledge of the island, its neighborhoods, and he specializes in finding “good buys” for his clients. His clients benefit from his great communication skills, detail oriented service, and expert negotiation skills. In 2008, George joined Sachi Hawaii- PCP.
