Launiu Ward Village may be soon coming to Honolulu’s skyline as one of Howard Hughes’ high-rise condominium projects in Kaka`ako. The proposed project would include 486 residential units split between a high-rise structure and podium building. In addition, nearly 40,000 sq.ft. of commercial and restaurant space is planned at the street level of the project.

928 Ala Moana Boulevard is the proposed address, sitting at the Ewa corner of Ward Avenue and Ala Moana Boulevard. This Howard Hughes project will be situated at the west-end of the award-winning master planned community, adjacent to Ulana Ward Village.
