Born in Kamakura, Japan, and raised with a love for the ocean, Ayako Ide Ancheta began her successful real estate career serving both English and Japanese-speaking clients upon moving to Hawaii in 2006. Her passion for the waves led her to become a professional bodyboarder during her freshman year at Ritsumeikan University, where she earned a degree in Psychology. Competing on the Professional Bodyboarding Global Tour from 2000-2006 honed her focus and determination.
Now residing on Oahu's South Shore by Diamond Head, Ayako has lived on the North Shore and East Shore, becoming a true expert on these diverse neighborhoods. Her fluency in English and Japanese, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the island, allows her to assist local and international clients in finding their dream Hawaiian home.
A licensed Realtor with a Broker's License in Hawaii, she possesses 19 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
